Not finding an item in our library? 

Click on request materials at the top of our catalog page.  You will be asked to login with your library card number and your pin number.  Then, a form will come up.  Fill in as much information as possible. You will use this form when you would like to request that the library purchase an item for our collection and when you want to request an item from another library.  We will contact you when your item is ready for pickup.  For detailed instructions, click here to learn about Requesting Items at CFPL.

If the library decides not to purchase your item, we will try to get it for you via Interlibrary Loan. If you're willing to accept our $2.00 Interlibrary Loan fee, please put "Y" in the appropriate field on your request. Please see our Interlibrary Loan Policy for more information. Please note, items borrowed from Waterloo Public Library are exempt from this charge.
