Children under five years old living in Cedar Falls are eligible to register for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a book gifting program funded by the Cedar Falls Public Library’s Friends of the Library and generous local donors. Please note that it takes 8-12 weeks for your child to receive their first book.
