To join the Friends of the Cedar Falls Public Library, please consider one of the following options.

• See the membership brochure and complete the >Friends Membership Form. Print and mail this form and your payment to:

• Complete the application online using the >Online Friends Membership Form and complete your payment using the Donate button below. Your application is not complete until your payment is received. You may also mail a check to the address above.

*Please note we have added 5% to donations to help offset service fees. You may use the “Other Amount” field if you wish to make a donation without 5% added, or if you’d like to make a donation in a different amount. Thank you!
