Youth Department.  Join us for Toddler Storytime as we read, sing, dance, rhyme, and get silly. Storytime is a great way to introduce your toddler to the joy of reading and to the preliteracy skills that will help them become future readers.  For toddlers, ages 2-3. Youth.  Funded by the Friends of the Cedar Falls Public Library.
