How do you find your voice?  Listen to how a variety of people in the Cedar Valley found their voice through their hobbies and work.  Presenters might be a radio DJ, hula hooper, tattoo artist, and more!  Come and explore their passions with us and maybe find your new way to express your voice!  
B is an experienced and passionate Hula Hoop Instructor with over seven years of teaching experience! B learned by teaching themself and studied countless YouTube videos, taking workshops and attending flow festivals.  B loves teaching dance, technical workshops and a unique fitness style of hula hoop boot camp. B also enjoys working with beginners and helping them gain confidence in their flow journey. B's goal is to spark your interest in flow arts and help bring more opportunities to the Cedar Valley for learning unique ways to move your body.
