Farm to Fork: A Cooking Demonstration

Using ingredients you would be able to find at the upcoming farmer's market, Chef Zach from The Spire will demonstrate cooking one to three family-friendly dishes. This program is open to folks of all ages and may include audience participation. Recipes cards of dish(es) showcased will be available for folks to take home with them so they can attend the Saturday morning Cedar Falls Farmer's Market and recreate the dish(es) for themselves!
Some samples of the dishes may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and seating at the demonstration may be limited. Doors will open at 5:45pm.
Registration is encouraged to help us anticipate numbers, but registration does not guarantee a spot in the room.
