Join us to learn how to make dumplings from scratch—mixing the dough\, wrapping the dumplings\, preparing the filling\, and cooking them to perfection. You’ll get to experience this traditional holiday food and\, of course\, enjoy tasting your delicious creations! \nInstructor Wendy Gai specializes in a variety of Chinese cuisines\, as well as teaching sewing and knitting to children.  Penny C. Wang directs the Chinese Studies Certificate program at UNI and teaches Chinese art\, calligraphy\, and western art to children. \nThis program is intended for adults and will be held in the Co-lab.  Registration is required.
