DESCRIPTION:Youth Department.  \nThe time is here again that Fable the Fox wants to hear all about your interests! Come on down to CFPL into the Youth department to fill out a “Tell Fable About Yourself” sheet and put it into Fable’s special mailbox. Fable will then team together with their librarian friends to write you back a letter and give you some special goodies just in time for winter break! The “Tell Fable About Yourself” sheets will be available to submit to Fable’s mailbox in the Youth Department from November 2nd to November 13th. Pick up time for Fable’s letter back to you and other goodies will be at CFPL in the Youth Department from December 16th to December 18th. For kids ages 0-12. Youth.

Join us to learn how to make dumplings from scratch—mixing the dough\, wrapping the dumplings\, preparing the filling\, and cooking them to perfection. You’ll get to experience this traditional holiday food and\, of course\, enjoy tasting your delicious creations! \nInstructor Wendy Gai specializes in a variety of Chinese cuisines\, as well as teaching sewing and knitting to children.  Penny C. Wang directs the Chinese Studies Certificate program at UNI and teaches Chinese art\, calligraphy\, and western art to children. \nThis program is intended for adults and will be held in the Co-lab.  Registration is required.
