The library has Nooks available for checkout.  The Nooks have children, teen and adult titles in various subject areas, some of which include children’s picture book, children’s chapter book, popular young adult titles, and bestsellers.  >Click here to see a list of Nooks the library owns.  Stop by the youth department, teen department or our display of adult titles on the second floor to choose your Nook by picking up an empty box.  Titles are listed on the boxes on the displays. Bring the empty box to the Service Desk to check out your Nook. Along with the eReader will be a charger, carrying case, and quick start instruction guide. Nooks may be checked out for three weeks with a three week renewal.  Nooks are limited to three per patron, and they may be placed on hold.  When returning the Nook, please bring it inside the library and give it to a staff member. DO NOT put the Nook in a book drop or return it to another library.  The Nook may become damaged if left in the book drop or returned to another library.  If you have questions, call (319) 268-5543 or email our Reference Department at reference@cedarfallslibrary.org.
