Dear Adele,
You are closed to the public because of COVID-19. I don’t have a library card but would like to use Libby and Hoopla. How do I get a library card?

Dear Adele,
I can’t seem to log into Libby. It’s asking for something called a PIN number. What is that?
-Anxious User
Dear Anxious User,
A PIN number is a number assigned to your library card. The number will either be the last four digits of your phone number or the default of 1234. If neither of these options work for you, please email the Reference Department at reference@cedarfallslibrary. org to request your PIN number. Be sure to provide your library card number when you email the Reference Department. Happy reading!
Sincerely,
Adele
